How To Make Hot Pastrami Bagels
A savory and delicious bagel sandwich made with hot pastrami, melted cheese, and tangy mustard.

Ingredients
- 4 bagels, cut in half
- 1 pound of hot pastrami
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 4 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the pastrami in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.

Once the bagels are toasted, spread mustard on each half.

Top one half of each bagel with a generous amount of pastrami and a slice of Swiss cheese.

Place the bagels back in the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and top with sliced red onion.

Place the remaining half of each bagel on top to form a sandwich.
