How To Make Gluten-Free Crock Pot Chili Recipe
A hearty, classic chili recipe made with gluten-free ingredients and slow-cooked to perfection in a crock pot.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup water
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.

Stir in the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, and water.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours, until the chili is hot and bubbly.
