Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs (about 1 1/2 inches in diameter).

Place the meatballs in a crockpot and pour the marinara sauce over them.
