How To Make Gluten-Free Crock Pot Meatballs Recipe

A delicious gluten-free meatball dish made in a crockpot.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce


  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs (about 1 1/2 inches in diameter).

  3. Place the meatballs in a crockpot and pour the marinara sauce over them.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
