Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.

  2. Add the cooked turkey to a crockpot along with the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

  4. Serve hot, garnished with desired toppings.
