  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup gluten-free chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  2. Rub spice mixture onto chicken breasts.

  3. Place chicken in crock pot and pour chicken broth over chicken.

  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours.

  5. Shred chicken and serve.
