This delicious buffalo chicken recipe is perfect for gluten-free diets, and made easily in a crock pot.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tbsp dried chives
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions, blue cheese crumbles


  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together buffalo sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and dried chives.

  3. Pour mixture over chicken in the crock pot.

  4. Cook on low for 6 hours.

  5. Shred chicken with two forks.

  6. Serve on its own or in a sandwich with optional toppings.
