How To Make Gluten-Free Crock Pot Bolognese Sauce Recipe
A hearty and flavorful bolognese sauce made gluten-free, using a crock pot for no-fuss cooking.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions

In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain and transfer to the crock pot.

Add the diced onion, minced garlic, diced carrots, and diced celery to the crock pot.

Pour the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste into the crock pot.

Add the salt, oregano, basil, and bay leaf. Stir well.

Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
