Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, sesame oil, and water.

  3. Add the beef and broccoli to the crockpot, pour the sauce over, and stir to coat.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

  5. Serve with rice or quinoa.
