How To Make Gluten-free Gingerbread

- 1 ½ cups gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup molasses
- ½ cup hot water
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking soda, ground ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the molasses, hot water, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and egg.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
