How To Make Gingerbread Christmas Fudge

This festive fudge has warm spices of gingerbread and is perfect for a Christmas treat.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 400g white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Gingerbread cookies, crushed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a saucepan, heat condensed milk and butter until melted.

  3. Add white chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.

  4. Add in ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.

  5. Pour mixture into prepared dish and smooth the top.

  6. Sprinkle crushed gingerbread cookies on top (optional).

  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  8. Remove from dish and cut into squares to serve.
