How To Make Dairy Free Lemon Asparagus Pasta Recipe
A light and refreshing pasta dish with the goodness of lemon and asparagus.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/2 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Add asparagus in the last 2 minutes of cooking and drain.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add spaghetti and asparagus to the skillet and toss to combine with the garlic oil. Add lemon zest and juice and season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
