How To Make Dairy Free Tomato Basil Pasta Recipe
A quick and easy pasta dish with the fresh flavors of tomatoes and basil, perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. gluten-free pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz.) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Vegan Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, salt and pepper to the skillet.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Drain pasta and add to the skillet.

Stir in chopped basil.

Serve with vegan parmesan cheese, if desired.
