  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups of spinach leaves
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened.

  4. Add diced tomatoes and spinach and cook until spinach has wilted.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the tomato and spinach mixture.

  7. Serve hot.
