Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti pasta
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions

While the spaghetti cooks, cut the avocados into cubes and add them to a blender or food processor

Add in the garlic, basil, lemon juice, and olive oil

Blend until smooth and creamy

When the spaghetti is done, drain and add it back to the pot

Add the creamy avocado sauce to the pot, and toss until the pasta is fully coated

Add salt and pepper to taste, and red pepper flakes if desired
