Ingredients
- 12 oz. gluten-free pasta
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

In a food processor, combine basil, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Process until smooth.

Add nutritional yeast and lemon juice. Process again until fully mixed.

Add pesto sauce to cooked pasta and toss until fully coated.
