How To Make Oven-baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Pat the chicken thighs dry and rub them all over with olive oil.

Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.

Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet, skin side up.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden.

Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
