Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Place pie crust in a greased 9-inch pie dish.

  3. Layer ham and cheese on the bottom of the crust.

  4. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.

  5. Pour egg mixture over the ham and cheese.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.

  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
