How To Make Ham and Broccoli Casserole Recipe
A creamy and savory casserole dish loaded with ham and broccoli.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, sauté onions and broccoli in butter until tender.

Add diced ham to the skillet and combine well.

Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Gradually pour in milk, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and sprinkle the top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
