A delicious and easy-to-make fried rice dish with chunks of sweet pineapple and savory ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  2. Add ham and pineapple and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until heated through.

  3. Add cooked rice, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, until well combined.

  4. Serve hot.
