How To Make One-Pot Cabbage & Beans with White Fish

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 white fish fillets
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add cabbage to the pot and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

Stir in white beans, vegetable broth, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Place white fish fillets on top of the cabbage mixture. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
