How To Make Easy-to-scale cheesy fish pie with kale

Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets
- 200g kale, chopped
- 500g potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 200g cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Cook in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

While the fish is cooking, boil the cubed potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until a paste forms. Gradually whisk in the milk, making sure there are no lumps. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Add the chopped kale to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes until wilted.

Flake the cooked fish and remove any bones. Add the flaked fish to the sauce and kale mixture.

Transfer the fish mixture to an ovenproof dish. Top with the boiled potatoes and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
