  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced chorizo
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.

  2. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.

  3. Sprinkle the shredded Manchego cheese over the sauce. Top with sliced chorizo and bell peppers.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

  6. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
