How To Make Raspberry Kefir Overnight Oats
A creamy and refreshing overnight oats recipe with the tangy flavor of raspberries and the probiotic goodness of kefir.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups raspberry kefir
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, raspberry kefir, almond milk, and honey. Stir well to combine.

Gently fold in fresh raspberries, chopped almonds, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.

Divide the mixture into four small mason jars or containers with lids.

Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 10 hours.

In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with additional raspberries, almonds, and coconut if desired.
