How To Make Mince Pie Brownies
These mince pie brownies combine the rich and fudgy taste of brownies with the festive flavors of mince pie.

Ingredients
- 150g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g unsalted butter
- 200g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 80g all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100g mince pie filling
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in the microwave or over a saucepan of simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture, whisking constantly.

Sift in the flour and salt, and gently fold until just combined.

Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Drop spoonfuls of the mince pie filling onto the batter, then spoon the remaining batter on top.

Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the mince pie filling into the brownie batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the brownies to cool completely in the baking dish before slicing and serving.
