How To Make Anchovy Butter
A savory butter with a salty kick from anchovies, perfect for adding flavor to any dish.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3-4 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, mix together the butter, anchovy fillets, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Using a spatula, scrape the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap.

Shape the mixture into a log, twisting the ends of the plastic wrap to seal.

Chill the log in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
