- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, zested
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
