Ingredients

  • 8 slices of baguette
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 6 anchovy fillets
  • 1/4 cup of sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and arrange on baking sheet.

  3. In a food processor, combine anchovy fillets, sundried tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  4. Spread the mixture onto the baguette slices.

  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  6. Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crostini is golden brown.
