  • 1 tsp valerian root
  • 16 oz water, fresh boiled

Instructions

  1. Steep valerian root for 2-3 mins and remove.
  2. Use tea strainer, tea infuser or fillable tea bag.
  3. Sweeten with honey or lemon if desired.
