  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 cups milk (any type, such as almond or dairy)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes


  1. In a blender, add the ripe bananas, cocoa powder, peanut butter, milk, honey (if using), and ice cubes.

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
