  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cooked sweet potatoes, bananas, almond milk, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ice cubes.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
