  • 5 oz seedless orange, (1 piece), peeled and cut into chunks
  • 6 oz frozen yoghurt, of your choice preferably fat free
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into the blender.

  2. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached.

  3. Pour into a large drinking glass.
