How To Make Fruit Smoothie Twister

  • 1 nectarine
  • 6 oz yogurt (frozen, fat-free, peach )
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice (Dole)
  • 1/2 cup lemonade (sugar-free )
  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smoothie consistency is reached. Pour into a large drinking glass.
