- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups yogurt, preferably chocolate or vanilla flavored, frozen
- 1½ cups ice
- ¼ cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
To serve:
- peanuts, crushed and roasted
Instructions

Put the ingredients in a blender.
