- ¾cupcashew milk,or milk of choice
- 1largebanana,frozen
- 1tbspdark chocolate chips
- 2tspcocoa powder
- ¼tspcinnamon,ground
- dashcayenne pepper,omit if sensitive to spice
- ½tspmaple syrup,or honey, optional sweetener
Instructions

In a blender, combine the milk, banana, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and cayenne, then blend. Don’t worry if the chocolate chips are still a little chunky.

Taste, and add sweetener if necessary.
