  • ¾cupcashew milk,or milk of choice
  • 1largebanana,frozen
  • 1tbspdark chocolate chips
  • 2tspcocoa powder
  • ¼tspcinnamon,ground
  • dashcayenne pepper,omit if sensitive to spice
  • ½tspmaple syrup,or honey, optional sweetener

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, banana, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and cayenne, then blend. Don’t worry if the chocolate chips are still a little chunky.

  2. Taste, and add sweetener if necessary.

Recipe Notes

If you use overripe bananas, you may not need any additional sweetener.
