For Ice Cubes:

  • 8cupsginger beer

For Drink:

  • 8cupsginger beer
  • 4cupsdark rum
  • ½cupfresh lime juice
  • lime,thinly sliced

Instructions

Ginger Beer Ice Cubes:

  1. Pour 8 cups of ginger beer into 4 ice cube trays and freeze.

To Assemble:

  1. Stir the ginger beer, rum, and lime juice in a pitcher.

  2. Serve in tall cocktail glasses with 3 or 4 ice cubes each.

  3. Garnish with lime.
