  • 10mint leaves
  • 2ozlime juice,fresh
  • ice
  • 1.5ozlight rum,optional
  • 4ozginger beer
  • fresh lime wedges,or slices, fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint together with the lime juice in a glass.

  2. Add a few large ice cubes, then pour in the rum and ginger beer.

  3. Finish the drink with lime wedges and mint sprigs, if desired.

  4. Serve, and enjoy!
