How To Make Chai Latte

Spruce up your caffeine in-take and skip the long lines at coffee shops. These coffee recipes are a sure-win for any caffeine lover.

Total: 15 minutes



  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 chai tea bags
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 tbsp of honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp of ground cardamom
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Optional: whipped cream and cinnamon powder for garnish


  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.

  2. Remove from heat and add the chai tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.

  3. In another saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

  4. Remove the tea bags from the water and add the hot milk, honey or sweetener, vanilla extract, and all the spices.

  5. Whisk until well combined and heated through.

  6. Divide the chai latte among 4 cups.

  7. Optional: Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
