Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef brisket
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the beef brisket with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  2. Place the seasoned brisket in a slow cooker.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Pour the mixture over the brisket.

  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hours.

  5. Once the cooking time is up, carefully remove the beef brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes.

  6. Slice the brisket against the grain and serve with the cooking juices from the slow cooker.
