How To Make Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 pound of mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic, and sauté until the mushrooms are golden brown.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the broth has reduced by half.

Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
