This recipe for the classic mint julep is easy to make! Made with fresh mint, maple syrup, and bourbon, you can easily whip up this booze in just 5 minutes!

- 10mint leaves,fresh
- mint sprig,to garnish
- 2tspmaple syrup,or to taste
- 2ozbourbon
- ice,crushed
Instructions

Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a sturdy old-fashioned or rocks glass. Muddle them for about 30 seconds. until the leaves are dark, fragrant, and broken down,

Add the maple syrup and bourbon. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir the drink for a few seconds.

To garnish, gently clap the mint sprig in between your palms (this releases the fragrant mint oils). Place it in the glass and serve immediately.
