  • 1 cup of jelly, sliced
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • Fresh fruits, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a trifle dish or individual glasses, layer half of the cake cubes.

  2. Spread half of the fruit jam over the cake cubes.

  3. Drizzle half of the sherry or fruit juice over the jam.

  4. Spoon half of the custard over the sherry layer.

  5. Arrange half of the jelly slices on top of the custard.

  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.

  7. Finish with a layer of whipped cream.

  8. Garnish with fresh fruits.

  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
