- 1 cup custard
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tbsp brandy (optional)

- 1/4 cup dried cranberries

In a trifle dish or individual serving glasses, layer half of the crumbled Christmas pudding.

Pour half of the custard over the pudding.
