How To Make Grilled Pineapple with Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pint coconut ice cream
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes
Instructions

Preheat grill to high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together honey and coconut oil.

Brush pineapple slices with honey mixture.

Grill pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear.

Place grilled pineapple slices on plates and top with scoops of coconut ice cream.

Sprinkle with shredded coconut flakes.
