How To Make Mango & Vanilla Granita

Ingredients
- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 lime, juiced
- Mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a blender, puree the mangoes until smooth.

Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and lime juice to the blender.

Blend until the sugar is dissolved.

Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish and place it in the freezer.

After 45 minutes, use a fork to scrape the mixture to create ice crystals.

Repeat the scraping process every 30 minutes for about 3 hours, or until the granita is firm and icy.

Serve the Mango & Vanilla Granita in chilled bowls, garnished with mint leaves.
