Ingredients
- 4 cups of diced watermelon
- 1 cup of Prosecco
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions

Place the diced watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the Prosecco, honey, and lime juice to the blender and blend until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish and freeze for about 4 hours, or until set.

Once frozen, scrape the mixture with a fork to create a slushy texture.

Divide the slushy mixture into serving glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
