How To Make Strawberry & Rose Sorbet

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Cut them into halves.

In a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries until smooth.

Add the sugar, rose water, and lemon juice into the blender. Blend until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Once fully frozen, remove the dish from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Using a fork, scrape the surface of the sorbet to create a fluffy texture.

Serve the sorbet in bowls or glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
