Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Cut them into halves.

  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries until smooth.

  3. Add the sugar, rose water, and lemon juice into the blender. Blend until well combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  5. Once fully frozen, remove the dish from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.

  6. Using a fork, scrape the surface of the sorbet to create a fluffy texture.

  7. Serve the sorbet in bowls or glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
