How To Make Peach Sherbet

An incredible dessert made with peaches! Delicious and light, this peach sherbet is sure to be a crowd pleaser with it's rich taste and fluffy mouthfeel.

  • 4 medium fresh peaches, peeled
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • lemon rind, grated
  • 1 pinch salt


  1. Remove pits and mash peeled peaches with fork until light and fluffy.
  2. At the same time, work in lemon juice and grated rind.
  3. Add buttermilk and salt, then pour into ice-cube tray and set in freezer.
  4. When mixture is frozen almost solid, whip until very light.
  5. Return to ice-cube tray and freeze until set.
  6. Release from the mold and serve immediately.
