How To Make Gin & Tonic Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tonic water
  • 1/2 cup gin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • Lime zest, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together tonic water, gin, sugar, and lime juice until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually for about 20-25 minutes.

  3. Once the sorbet is thick and frozen, transfer it to a container and freeze for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  4. Serve the sorbet in chilled glasses, garnished with lime zest.
