This lite apple pie recipe uses a sugar substitute and lemon-lime diet soda to reduce the amount of sugar while still tasting sweet. Try it for yourself!

How To Make Lite Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 can lemon-lime diet soda, or Fresca
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatine
- 2 envelopes sugar substitute
- 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1 dash cinnamon
Instructions

Slice apples in a baking dish.

Combine soft drink, gelatine and 1 envelope of sugar substitute in a medium-sized pan.

Bring to a boil and pour the mix over apples. Sprinkle dry milk, cinnamon and the remaining sugar substitute on top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Let cool. Place in the refrigerator to allow the gelatin to congeal before serving.
