This no-bake easy mug apple pie recipe will satisfy your sweet cravings in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • tbsp apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp raw sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp apples, diced

To Serve:

  • 2 tsp streusel*, (see Recipe Notes for Recipe)
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients, except the streusel and apples, in a large mug.
  2. Add apple sauce and mix until wet.
  3. Add milk and diced apples and mix. Transfer in a mug
  4. Cook on high in a microwave for 1 minute.
  5. Top with streusel and garnish with ground nutmeg.

Recipe Notes

  • *Create your own streusel by combining: ½ tsp of flour, ½ tsp of butter, 1 tsp of brown sugar in a small bowl.
