How To Make Easy Mug Apple Pie

  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 ½ tbsp. apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. apples (diced )
  • 2 tsp. streusel (1/2 tsp. flour, 1.2 tsp. butter, 1 tsp. brown sugar)
  1. Mix the dry ingredients, except the streusel and apples, in a large mug.
  2. Add apple sauce and mix until wet.
  3. Add milk and diced apples and mix.
  4. Cook on high in a microwave for 1 minute.
  5. Top with streusel.
