How To Make No-Bake Apple Pie Bites

Ingredients
- 5 apples, sliced
- 1 ½ cup water
- 3 oz. sugar-free lemon gelatin
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 8 oz. vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups graham cracker crust
- ½ cup whipped cream topping
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, mix apples, water, gelatin, nutmeg and cinnamon until it reaches a boil.
- Reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer for 4 to 6 minutes.

Mix dry pudding mix and water.
- Combine with apple mixture.
- Cook until thick.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour graham cracker crumbs on bottom of dish.
- Even out. Pour filling.
- Top with whipped cream and powdered sugar.
- Chill for at least 3 hours before cutting into bite sized pieces.
